Description of Service
GutSync is a gut health tracking application that allows you to log meals, symptoms, medications, and other health-related data through natural language conversation. The service uses artificial intelligence to organize your entries, build a personalized food catalog, and surface patterns in your health data.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use GutSync
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service’s operation
- Upload malicious content or code
- Use the service to provide medical advice to others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service

All content, features, and functionality of the GutSync service — including its design, code, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by GutSync and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your data remains yours. You retain ownership of all health data, entries, and content you create within GutSync. We claim no ownership over your personal health information.
Subscription & Payments
GutSync offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GutSync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the service
- Any decisions made based on information provided by the service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any other matter relating to the service
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.
Upon termination or account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account.

We may modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via email or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of GutSync after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
